Public offer for voluntary charitable donations

This offer, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons – individuals and legal entities – visitors to the site on the Internet: ecovillage-revival.com ((hereinafter referred to as the Site), hereinafter referred to as the "Benefactor", and is an official and public proposal of the Charitable Organization "Charitable Foundation "Renaissance of Ecovillage in Irpen", hereinafter referred to as the "Fund", represented by the director of the S.P. Pivovarov Foundation, acting on the basis of the Charter, to conclude a voluntary charitable donation agreement (hereinafter referred to as the agreement), the subject and essential conditions of which are as follows:

Acceptance is the full and unconditional acceptance of a public offer by performing actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and means posted on the site, as well as by transferring funds to the Fund's current account through bank institutions. The moment of acceptance is the date of crediting funds to the current account of the Fund.

    Payment is a voluntary charitable donation.

    Voluntary charitable donation is the implementation by the Benefactor of a money transfer to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Fund in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations".

  2. Subject of the contract:

    3. The subject of this agreement is the free transfer by the Benefactor in favor of the Fund of funds to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Fund.

    Acceptance of the Treaty means that the Benefactor agrees with all its provisions, he is fully aware of the subject of the Treaty and the purpose of collecting sacrificesin.

    The Agreement is concluded by unconditional and full accession of the Benefactor to this Agreement and acceptance of all essential terms of the Agreement.

    Benefactor and the Foundation, manager of Art. 207, ch. 2 art. 639, art. 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations", agree that the Agreement is considered concluded in writing without signing a written copy by the Parties from the moment the Benefactor performs the actions provided for in the Agreement, indicating consent to comply with the terms of the Agreement.

    The Agreement is posted on the website ecovillage-revival.com уfreely available and in a way that ensures familiarization with the content of this Agreement of each individual applying to the Fund.

    The Benefactor cannot offer his terms of the Agreement.

  3. Rights and obligations of the parties:

    4. The Fund has the right to:

    – At the benefactor's request to provide a report on the voluntary charitable donation received and its use.

    The benefactor has the right to:

    – Transfer a voluntary charitable donation to the Fund's account in the manner specified in the Agreement;

    – Ask for a report on the use of voluntary charitable donations.

  4. Fundraising venue:

    5. Collection of voluntary charitable donations is carried out on the territory of any of the countries of the world.

  5. Fundraising period:

    6. The collection of voluntary charitable donations lasts until the liquidation of the Fund, unless another period is determined by the Fund.

  6. Procedure General Access to the Fund's Reports

    7. Access to the Foundation's reports is carried out by posting them on the website under the heading "Reports" or on the official Facebook page of the Foundation.

    Other information may be provided by the Fund in the manner and within the time limits stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine.

  7. All expenses for the payment of amounts related to the transfer of the donation are borne by the Benefactor.
  8. Miscellaneous

    9. The benefactor independently determines the amount of voluntary charitable donation.

    The donation is voluntary and non-refundable.

    The benefactor is responsible for the accuracy of the information specified when transferring the donation.

    In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and to fulfill the terms of the Agreement, the Benefactor agrees to the processing of personal data.

    The provisions of Ukrainian legislation apply to the relations between the Benefactor and the Foundation.
